Base Path Series
Lead-offs depend on factors such as experience and confidence, plus your ability to react to pick-off attempts and passed balls, and your general attitude on the base path. But there are some techniques that should be common to all base runners. Use these as a starting point and adjust to your own comfort level. Also be aware of what your coach is likely to expect from you.
